I lost nearly a kilo a week which for me is huge! I've never had to actively try and lose weight before in my life but after I had my first baby I was heavier then I had ever been. Bub was about 9 weeks old when I entered the challenge and I knew I couldn't punish myself with exercise because it takes months after birth for the stomach muscles to recover. I also didn't stick to a rigid eating plan but I did one meal replacement per day usually in the morning with a probiotic tablet, a repair enzyme tablet and two vitamin tablets. For morning tea I had a scoop of greens and a scoop of fibre with water .
