Me llamo Fabiola Loaiza y empece este reto en enero, despues de vacaciones de diciembre que al ser la mejor epoca de el año trae consigo muchos kilos de mas. Decidí empezarlo con una meta de bajar unos kilitos y mas que eso de sentirme mejor con mi cuerpo, al comzar pesaba 65 kilos que es lo maximo que he llegado a pesar. Durante estas 8 semanas use diferentes produtos de Yorhealth tales como la proteina de chocolate en las mañanas y muchas veces de noche, las enzimas con comida pesada como el almuerzo.
