Wow! Finally it has come to the end of the first 8 weeks of 2014... this challenge has definitely been my best! I've completed 4 challenges before this, but I can't really say I pushed myself in any of those. I started them just to finish them. This time, the only reason I started was to win, no matter what it took!

I went to gym 6 days a week, every week progressively lifting heavier. Even when I was in Sydney, or when I had really busy days with my business... I found some time somewhere in the day to fit it in the work outs!

The products I used were the same ones as I always do: Fibre Plus, Supergreens and Berry Blast in the morning, Digest Ultra & Essential Vitamins with my cooked meals and 1x Probiotic Ultra & 2x Repair Ultra just before sleep! Also occasionally had the MRP after a workout... SO delicious!

The impact this has had on my life... where do I start? Firstly, it has given me more confidence than ever before that I can push myself beyond my limits, which translates into every other aspect of my life, especially business. To achieve greatness, I need to know that it is only my mind that is stopping me, and no one else... it helps you take responsibility! The same as when working out... your body can always do more than your mind thinks it can!

It has not only helped me gain that confidence and focus, it has also opened other doors and opportunities where there might be potential modelling in the near future. Something I never would have imagined in my life!

The last thing I want to say is that, in the end, the reason I keep going is because I always remember how much pain my mum went through when she was battling cancer! Even though she lost that battle, she fought gracefully and was strong until the very end. That's the same intensity I approach my exercise... It cannot compare to the pain of cancer, so I just keep pushing no matter how tired I feel!
