Before My commit to myself and the 8 week challenge I was averaging around the 78kg mark. I consistently committed myself to the Yor health sculpt set with the extra bonus of using the repair ultra and the MRP I was able to speed up my recovery time and never miss a meal for when I was on the go. Now having been able to transform my unhealthy diet into a clean health diet plan and regular supplementing with my daily meals I have achieved my set goal of 75kg. Utilising My Yor health team boot camps and gym three times a week.
The feeling of just knowing my body is running cleaner then it ever has before and limiting the amount of poor food choices has allowed me to feel incredibly good about myself and continue to help others achieve their personal goals by helping inspire them at training session to go forward and never give up on the path to better health
I am happier then I have ever been before and now even more excited about my future in continuing to share my happiness and results of these awesome products.
