This is my first 8 week challenge and what better time to start it than post silly season. I had enjoyed my share of food and drink over the holidays stacking on a few kilos quite easily. These products helped me lose those kilos, although I was 1kg off my goal weight I gained muscle that I never could before, I am now the fittest and strongest I have been in a long time.

At the start of 2013 I was at the lowest point with my health and fitness, I struggled with Achilles tendonitis and could barely get into a jog without pain. I lost all motivation for exercise and nutrition which lead to poor eating and me being my heaviest ever 92kgs. For months I tried so many diets and yo-yoed my weight and health until my mum introduced me to the yor health products, these products have helped me immensely! thanks to the repair ultra I can now run with out any Achilles pain at all.

With my regained confidence in my health and fitness and also pre-season football training starting I was motivated and excited to begin the 8 week challenge.
I used all of the products over the 8 weeks, it was so simple and efficient to use the mrp supergreens berry blast and fiber as a breakfast replacement when I was up at 4:15am for work and had very little time, this got me up and about feeling great! I battled through all the cravings and challenges of drinks with mates and eating bad I kept motivated on my goal with help from the uses of an instagram account yor_hyde and other peoples 8 week challenges seeing people doing the same and better!
I have no doubt that the repair ultra helped my body recover better than ever assisting me to increase my exercise to 8-10 times a week also training at a higher intensity

If it wasn't for the yor health products and the 8 week challenge I would have never been motivated to reach my goals, it has given me a new mental attitude a never quit approach on health and fitness and hopefully not only myself but everyone who has completed a 8 week challenge inspires others to do the same!
