My name is Nerron and thanks to the 8 week challenge, I have gain 5 lbs of lean muscle. For the majority of my life have been very skinny and no matter what I did I could not gain weight. During the 8 weeks, I was very strick with my nutrition intake. The YorHealth products has aidded me to get the result I have long dreamed. With every meal, I took the Digestive ultra, probiotic ultra before bed and upon rising, repair ultra before and after work outs, my favorite, supergreens with fiber plus and the essential vitamins and lets not forget the muscle energy before work outs.
Most of the work outs I did was at home 4 times a week for about 1hour a half each session. Along with the YorHealth products I incorporated juicing with nutrient densed superfoods. My regular meals were high calorie and all plan based. Consuming approximately 3000-4000 calories everyday.
