Before the challenge I weighed 94.5 kgs and during the process of using the products and mainly resistance training not only did I drop a lot of fat but gained a lot of muscle and strength finishing at a weight of 86.7, 0.7 From my target weight!!! I trained with a resistance session 5 days a week in the evenings, a cardio session once a week on Monday mornings, a swim session once a week on Tuesday mornings and a bodyweight circuit once a week on Wednesday mornings.
During the 8 weeks I gained a lot of muscle in my shoulders and top of my chest which were my weak points before starting. I beat my personal best on bench press by 10kgs, going from 110kgs for 4 reps to 120kgs for 6 reps!!
I have a number of injuries from my time in the army including a bad left ankle, left shoulder and back. Because of these injuries I have been unable to exercise like I used to, I put on weight and lost a lot of confidence.
