Whilst I didn't achieve my goal weight I have certainly changed in measurements. I had several friends telling me that I had lost weight but the scales aren't agreeing with them. It wasn't until I looked at my after photos that I realised how my body shape has changed. I am feeling good and quite proud of my achievements.
My yorhealth journey stayed due to a friend wanting to try bootcamp. I am now totally addicted this type of workout with my amazing PT Bianca Romeo! Bianca told me of the yorhealth products and suggested I give them a try. Bianca also talked me into trying this 8 week challenge which I have found quite easy.
I have been staying my day with supergreens and Fibre followed by a chocolate MRP. I haven't had such a great start to my day in years as I haven't been having any breakfast. I used digest ultra and vitamins with my meals and finished my day with the probiotic.
I am usually an active person playing up to 5 or 6 games of Netball a week. My fitness has improved with adding bootcamp workouts to my netball games and a few nice long power walls while chatting to a good friend. It is amazing how great you feel after a good workout!
Anyway bootcamp is calling best get to it and keep making this body change! :-)
