This was my first challenge and prior to taking on the challenge my workouts only consisted of bootcamp sessions here and there, and some boxing/kickboxing sessions to keep my fitness level up.

I made the decision to enter the 8 week challenge to really test myself and utilise the new found energy and vitality I had from replacing my daily dose of coffees with Berry Blast and supercharging my body with a scoop of Supergreens each day. I knew I had to take things to another level so I signed up to a gym and started my 8 week journey. My initial weight was 67kg - a weight I wasn't too happy with and therefore, set a goal to gain 75kg of lean muscles.

I was worried in the beginning as I really wanted to hit the ground running and push my body to its limit, but was concerned about how my body would cope due to being away from heavy lifting for so long (over 2 years). More specifically, with how long it would take for my muscles to recover after each workout. I was aware of YOR Healths product called Ultra Repair which I was told was very effective in helping your muscles and joints recover quickly. I was SO glad I had this product by my side as it kept my recovery time to a minimum allowing me to spend more time at the gym and go harder. This product is absolutely amazing!

My weekly training regime consisted of hitting the gym on Tuesday and Wednesday nights working on upper body and legs. To improve my fitness level, build lean muscles and work on my core I attended bootcamp sessions Saturday mornings. To finish off the week I would do a light session at the gym on Sunday focusing mainly on my upper body.

To support my training regime I ate three healthy meals a day in addition to my daily product program. The program consisted of Berry Blast for energy each morning, Supergreens to keep my body functioning at its optimum level, 2 Vitamins tablets to fill in the nutritional gaps, one Digest Ultra capsule with each meal to help activate my food, and I'd drink MRP once in the morning and again as a post workout protein source. In addition, I also mixed two scoops of YOR Fiber with water each day to help me with my bloating and reducing in my stomach fat to help build abs. Before bed I would take one Probitoic capsule to support my digestive system, and lastly, two Ultra Repair capsules to support muscle recovery.

In the short timeframe of 8 weeks I was able to gain 6kg (2kg shy of my goal) of lean muscles and can say with no hesitation at all, that I would not have achieved this transformation without supplementing with these great products. These products have not only improved my physical appearance but they have strengthened my mental ability, increased my overall energy levels and given me a sense of vitality that I've never experienced before.
