MIS RESULTADOS DE TONIFICACION
Hola familia de YOR HEALTH, Quiero compartirles que inicié este RETO DE 8 SEMANAS con un peso de 74 kg y gracias a YOR llegué a un peso de 68 kg hasta el día de hoy. Quiero decirles que iniciaba el día con el Repair y el Probiótico en ayunas y después preparar mi malteada con el yor fiber plus incluido. Y mi almuerzo normal ingería el Digest Ultra. Al terminar mi almuerzo me tomo mis Vitaminas y más tarde me preparo mi yor super green y por la noche vuelvo a tomar mis Repair. tambien haciendo mi rutina de ejercicios de 2 horas diarias en las mañanas y como resultados estoy viendo mi transformacion fisica y mi nueva vida gracias a YOR.
