I couldn't be more proud of the progress I've made throughout this 8 weeks. I thank the 8 week challenge which kept my mind/body to explore new healthy habits. I've been changing my workout routines picking up fasted cardio in the morning (2-3 times a week) also in the 2nd half of the cycle I picked up boxing (heavy bag) which is one of the best forms of cardio
I've been very consistent with several of my Yor health products. Yor MRP i take twice a day (at work and after the gym), complete burn I take roughly once or twice a day (primarily around workouts). My supergreens every morning with orange juice was an absolute must, best way to start out the day!!
