Along with the Yor health product I did a boot camp 5 days a week. I used complete burn along with MRP. I have digestive problems which result in a bloated stomach all the time along with not much energy. The complete burn boosted my energy and enticed my work out. The MRP is a good replacement and kept me full. Working out and Yor health products has helped me feel better about myself and have more energy. I work long hours and use to be tired, now I can enjoy and do things when I get off. This is definitely a start to my new life health journey and well being physically and mentally. I know it is a struggle to maintain a stable weight. With YOR health products it makes it easier and more covenant to maintain my body weight. I have a busy schedule I'm always on the go. The MRP had been a big help in a quick meal and with all the the proper nutrients my body needs.

Optimal results are achieved when following the product regimen in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.
Individual results may vary. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
