After moving to Hong Kong around a year ago, I started putting on weight. The combination of amazing food, party lifestyle and being too busy to exercise really took its toll! My weight went up to around 85kg, my clothes started to get tight, and I lost a lot of confidence.
I didn't manage to turn things around until I got introduced to the YOR Health products. Within 2 months I had lost all of the added weight and managed to come down to a much healthier 78kg.
I then decided to start the 8 week challenge to get more toned. I have been taking the whole range of products! Half a shake with banana pre workout, with another shake with fiber post workout. Supergreens with berry blast throughout the day and daily packs with each meal.
My training was a little up and down to be honest. My goal was to see what results I could achieve by mainly using High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). This decision was taken due to my crazy work schedule and not having the time to spend hours in the gym each day. I started strong with an average of 4 workouts per week, however, just 4 weeks in, we had Chinese New Year which set me back a week. I then picked it up after that and got a couple of strong weeks in. However, with my punishing work schedule (I have 3 different jobs on the go at the moment!) I only managed 3 workouts in the last two weeks. Definitely not good enough!
Overall I am happy with my results and honestly feel fitter now than I did when I was a teenager! I have learned a lot about my body over the last 8 weeks, and plan to achieve even more with my next 8 week challenge!
