So it's done! Very first Yor Health Challenge completed! And i am feeling fantastic!! Can't wait for Challenge Number 2 to begin!
I'm ever so grateful to my very dear friend for letting me know about the Yor Health products. I've never felt so energized before!
I would have a supergreens shake in the morning every morning before i went off to work. This shake consisted of supergreens, berry blast and the fiber plus powder. Because i work very long hours i also added an energy boosting shake of just berry blast and fiber of an afternoon.
I'm very impressed with the Digest Ultra as it helped to keep me regular, which has been a problem in the past, and got my metabolism moving alot faster. I would take these morning and night with my meals. I also take a probiotic with my night meal too. I used the Muscle Repair Ultra after my workouts in the evenings, which consisted of mostly weights and core workouts, as i get enough cardio during the day at the moment. This helped me to wake up pain free to face the day ahead the following morning.
I also used the supergreens and muscle repair as a facial mask. It leaves your skin feeling absolutely amazing!!
I found myself succumbing to a very healthy diet by taking this challenge and signing up for Yor Health products. Before Yor Health, i would eat maybe twice a day, sometimes not at all with the industry i work in, as it is sometimes hard to get an actual lunch/dinner break longer than 10 minutes in. Now i eat more than ever and i'm losing weight!
I joined the gym halfway through the challenge, i wish i had started right from the get go, as i probably would have made my goal weight. (i only missed by 1kg)
But this challenge for me was not about losing weight, or winning a competition or having the least body fat percentage. This challenge has done wonders for me physically and mentally. I wake up feeling happy, healthy, confident, strong and sexy every morning now! And it's all thanks to the amazing products from Yor Health.
