This challenge cycle was by far one of the best for a number of different reasons. With each cycle I find myself pushing to new levels. It's amazing when your body can do something that weeks ago it wasn't able to do. I've been able to add more reps into my workouts, and even add more weight. Before I was afraid to add more weight because I wasn't sure if I could do it. But I challenged myself to give it a try. When squatting with a barbell, at first it was difficult to get the weight over my head after completing a rep and my work out partner would have to assist me. Now, what was once difficult is so, so simple. Had I not continued with the 8 week challenge, it would've been so easy to just give up and quit. I'm so grateful for a workout partner who helps keep me accountable. Get into a buddy system! It works! Thank you Yor Health for such an amazing system. I am forever grateful. I've noticed a great deal of improvement in my physique. My body is definitely more toned and I'm starting to see more definition in my muscles. Yor Muscle Energy has been my #1 go to product during this process. I never workout with out it. It helps give me that extra push and I feel like I can do a lot more. Though I've gotten results, it doesn't end here! On to the next cycle!
