Hello everyone and welcome to my 8 week challenge testimonial! At the start of my challenge I weighed in at 213 pounds, and I'm happy to say that after the completion of my 2nd cycle (this cycle) that I was actually able to pass my gaol weight! My goal weight was 205 pounds and I'm now at 200 so I'm very proud of that! With this being the 2nd challenge I've completed I was well aware of what products to takes this time around. I used the Best Body set which contains the complete line of Yor Healths products. I would Absolutely recommend this set to anyone who's looking to get max results in this challenge. During my challenge I was very consistent with how I was taking my products, I had my Supergreens probiotics and repair upon rising, I had my Yor Mrp shake with fiber exactly 1hr after that and would also have an additional shake right after my workouts. I worked out at the gym 3 times a week for the 1st half of the challenge, and for the 2nd half if the challenge I upped it to 4 workout sessions a week. I used Repair Ultra right after workouts as well to help with the recovery. OH how could i forget to mention?! The Complete Burn was a major assistance to me as well, and I have to say it was a major contributor to me being able to see my abs coming in! The digest ultra also played a Key role for me as it helped me properly digest all the cooked food i was consuming during my challenge. Overall this challenge has made a big impact on my life. Before I got into these challenges I was a very unhealthy person with bad habits. This challenge has allowed me to make a change for the better for a lifetime. Since I've started using these health products I've lost a total if 50+pounds and I'm now a NASM Certified Personal Training. I've made living healthy and being active a lifestyle, not just hobby.
