I started this challenge with 180 lb. My goals were to lose 15 lb and increase my endurance. I missed my weight goal since I've been struggling with what appears to be hormonal imbalances which makes my weigh go in a roller coaster. However, I feel satisfied with the weight I lost and most of all with the increase in endurance. I am excited to be able to complete a full hour of vigorous Zumba or Zumba Sentao. I am now attending the gym at least 3 times a week.
My product regiment includes an MRP (usually with half a banana and a handful of berries) for breakfast and one for lunch (usually with 2 scoops of Yor Fiber Plus). I take (up to 4, depending on how my muscles feel after exercising) repair and a Probiotics Ultra upon rising and before going to bed. I take a Complete Burn and vitamins with my breakfast and Berry Blast as needed. I also take Digest Ultra with my regular meals (or snacks) and a serving of Super Greens with orange juice mid afternoon.
Losing the last few pounds of my final goal has been a struggle as I mentioned before. It's been an adventure. I often felt frustrated at waking up with 3 more pounds than the day before. Although it does not make any sense, it gets to me and affects the way I feel. I learned to celebrate each small victory and to be patient knowing that after all my health is much better than when I started my journey with Yor Health and I have the privilege of being in the 100 Pound Club. I think that Yor Health has imp oven my life immensely.
