Empece con 102.3 kg, y aunque mi meta era 85 Kg me siento muy satisfecho con los 89.5 kilos con los que estoy terminando mi reto. Habia intentado muchas cosas, pero sobretodo dietas inventadas que siempre supe no funcionarian, enemigo del gimnasio y horario de trabajo totalmente impredecible, siempre crei que no habia dieta o rutina que empatara con mi rutina diaria. Problemas en las rodillas, dolores de espalda y una terrible condicion fisica me llevaron a buscar alternativas y gracias a mi hermana conoci Yor. Mi plan no era el reto, solo ser un poco mas saludable asi que comence por tomar los supergreens, la malteada y los berry blast diario, me senti tan bien que a la semana agregue las enzimas, los probioticos y las vitaminas. Started out weighing 102.3 kg and though my goal was to weigh 85, I am completely satisfied with my weight loss of 12.8 kg (28 lbs)thus far.
