When I started my 8 week YOR Health Best body challenge I weighed a sloppy, unmotivated and lethargic 87.5kgs and could barely get myself out of bed, much less perform a basic chin up. I reluctantly signed up, due to a good friend of mine's recommendation, to an 8 week "Best Body" set which he customized for me. The products he gave me sounded stupid, gimmicky and I began not expecting much.
Within a mere couple of days i was springing out of bed, motivated to tackle my working day, study and exercise program. I had learnt that the products were called supergreens, Berry Blast (name doesn't do the product any justice)Fiber, Digest plus, probiotics, repair (thank you REM sleep) and of course the essential multi vitamin.
I was prescribed a baseline caloric total which declined gradually over the 2 months, as my cardio increased. I trained a 5 day split with resistence training and implented, gradually, both HIIT cardio and steady state. I have zero doubt that such high levels of energy were maintained, although being on restricted calories coupled with increasing cardio, largely due to the YOR health product range.
I even managed to fight my first fire, all 12 hours straight, whilst on a calorie restricting diet, after an 8 hour shift, due to the endless energy these products have provided me.


After completing the YOR health 8 week challenge I can honestly say this has been one of the best experiences of my life. I truley never realised how good the human body was designed to feel, digestive health and the improtance it plays in overall health was never something I respected, until now!! My lovely girlfriend and I have both experienced ridiculous increases in energy, mood, vitality, sleep, motivation and dare I say outlook on life. This YOR Health 8 week body transformation challenge and more importantly product range has been more beneficial to me than I can describe. Therefor allow me to conclude by sincerely saying Thank you YOR Health, however this is only the beginning...
