When I began the challenge I was not expecting a massive change as I had already lost 25kg since starting the products 18 months ago. After the first couple of weeks it was clear that the products were going to be a key part of my progess.
With the products I found my recovery after exercise was a lot better, I was not exhausted after exercise as I had been after my previous attempts at doing Bootcamp sessions. I found myself getting home from Bootcamp and being ready to walk our dog (2-3km) instead of crashing on the couch.
I am much more confident that I can continue to push my body to new limits and not having constant injury concerns.
I feel better about my body and enjoying other people commenting on the change and my ability to keep pushing.
I began the Challenge at 81.1KG and now at a very healthy 75.2KG, I have also lost an additional 7cms off my waistline :)

Morning - Super Shake with SuperGreens, Fiber and a Berry Blast (MRP as well if running late)
Lunch - 2 x Vitamins and a Digest Ultra
Dinner - 2 x Vitamins and a Digest Ultra
Before Bed - 2 x Repair Ultras and a Probiotic
Pre Work - Berry Blast
After workout - MRP (Sometimes with SuperGreen)
Execise consisted of Playing Badminton once a week, Bootcamp session 2-3 times a week and walking 2-3kms 5 days a week.
