Well here i am at the end of the 8 week challenge and I have to say I may not have lost as much weight as I wanted, but I have to say, I feel real good. My weight at this time is 148 lbs. My situation of being in a truck and sitting all day makes it hard for me to excersize. Usually when we are done for the day, we get out of the truck and walk, but with the weather beiing so cold, the ground being snowy and icy and it being dark when we stop, makes it nearly impossible to do anything. So I have not benn getting the excersize I am used to getting when the weather cooperates.




My MS is a challenge a challenge in itself. It causes a lot of different problems to the body. The two problems i have a hard time with is fatigue and digestive issues. Taking the Yor Health products have really helped with both those issues. I have noticed how while i am taking the products my digestive issues are pretty normal and that is a great feeling. Also no matter how much sleep I get, i seem to always be tired. Again, the Yor Health products have changed that. I find I have a lot more energy than when i was not taking this product and its a nice feeling when I can go through the day without having to take a nap!




I love the digestive ultra and probiotics, I credit those for helping with my digestive issues and the berry blast is great for fatigue. But im sure the multi vitamins and supergreens play a big part in helping with these issues i have to deal with in my life as well.




In the next 8 weeks, I will be busy walking, getting more excersize and have positive results.
