La verdad hice mucha desidia no me había comprometido a entrar al reto porque me gustaba estar en mi zona de confort pero algo me dijo que era momento de aplicármela y hacer algo diferente de mi vida pasando más de 30 días me decidí a entrar al reto porque ya quería comenzar a crecer y tener mejor físico. Siempre he sido una persona delgada y tengo tiempo entrenando en el gym pero nunca he echo ejercicio disciplinadamente, siempre me la pasaba platicando.
