I started the Challenge weighing at 185, now I'm down to 170. For the first 5 weeks of the challenge, I really focused on fat loss. I wanted to do it without the gym for the most part and only went to the gym 4 times in the first 5 weeks. I had incredible results, I dropped down to 163, about 22lbs of fat loss. The last 3 weeks of the challenge I focused on sculpting, and I was able to gain 7lbs of muscle mass.
The first 5 weeks
Only going to the gym 4 times, many people might say I must've worked out everyday. Nope, I've only worked out 4 times in 5 weeks, all I did in the first 5 weeks, was focused on taking my products as consistent as I can. I changed up my meal plan; On the weekday, I only allow myself to have 1 solid meal and take 3-4 shakes. On the weekend, I allow myself to have 2 solid meals and take about 2-3 shakes. Along with the complete burn, that really helped out a lot. I got to take my digest ultra, fiber and probiotics ultra, that's a must for me, because part of weight loss is getting rid of all the "stuff" that is stuck in your colon.
The last 3 weeks
I worked out roughly 3-5 times a week, I was able to gain about 7lbs of muscle, I couldn't believe it, I actually accomplished my goal. I'm very satisfied with my results, and can't wait to start my next challenge and have even more results. I love this challenge.
