The difference 12 pounds makes is something money can't buy. I fell short of my goal but accomplished a lot all the same. Going from 240 to 228 has been an exciting journey. I love taking my MRP in the morning now instead of a heavy meal since its my bedtime. Working overnights also throws my schedule out of balance and it makes it difficult to eat well at strange hours of the night which is why I am very grateful for Berry Blast in my nightly MRP to help me power through the night. With all the energy I had in the afternoon with my renewed consistency of my regimen I was able to go to the gym 3-4 times a week. As my journey continues on the challenge, I look forward to going to the gym a consistent 5 times a week for this next cycle before I join the sculpt category. The challenge has brought out a new appreciation of life from me and I can't imagine going back to a life without the challenge and my products. I can't wait to share this with more people and to make a difference in their lives.
