Durante este ciclo, estuve tomando Yor Shake con Supergreens, ademas de Yor Vitamins y Yor Digest.
El ejercicio que realicé fue de 4 días por semana, media hora de caminata y 45 minutos máximo de aparatos.
En el último mes vi realmente cambios en el volumen de mis músculos de piernas y glúteos, yo busco tonificar y realmente lo vi en el último mes.
Mi abdomen va avanzando y cada vez mas luce mas tonificado.
Seguiré intentando que mis músculos se vean cada vez mejor y que la flacidez que aún hay se elimine.
