During the past 8 weeks I slowly became more serious about my health. It started with just taking the yor shake every day. Making sure I was consistent with taking my products. I was able to lose 6 lbs. I enjoyed mixing fruits and other ingredients into the shakes it made it fun and flavorful. I also started working out about three times a week and slowly adding a day as time progressed. During the work outs I took complete burn. That helped me to really push myself because I've never really work out before. Im ready for my next cycle of the 8 week challenge where I will definitely be more serious and be consistent with eating healthy, working out and of course taking my products.
