Hi my name is Tara and this was my first challenge, My goal was simply to be the best version of me and hopefully see results. I started at 52.4kg which was already great but I felt and looked sloppy, I am now at 50kg on the dot. I really just wanted to tone up, be able to see some abbs! who wouldnt!
I didnt have a great start as this is the silly season and there is so much going on. But I was determined and continued to have my Supergreens and fiber shake first thing in the morning to help get my system moving for the day. I would then have my breakfast for eg, oats, weetbix, bacon and eggs and hit the gym.
I would have my protien after a work out. I preprepared most of my meals for the week freezing them and followed a clean eating plan sticking to unprossed foods and natural sugar. I would have the Yor Digest Ultra with my main meals and YOR Probiotics Ultra before bed to help assist my digestive system while I sleep.
I have found I eat more now than I have ever eaten before and with all the YOR health products and support I have been able to keep on track and feel amazing!
When it comes to exercise I do have a physically demanding job being a beauty Therapist as i am on my feet all day and work some extremely long shifts. However I still got up every morning and went to gym sometimes twice a day. cardio in the morning and weight training in the evening.
Now seeing my results i am amazed! I actually have abbs in there!
I started training late last year with the hopes to compete in a fitness competition early this year. I was constantly dissapointed and easily got side tracked. with YOR health I have managed to get on track and stay on track! I listen to my body more and my goal of competeing by May feels more achievable than ever before!
I did this challenge for motivation and I have achieved exactly that and so much more! My journey is not over yet and I look forward to the next challange!
