The past 8 weeks have taught me alot on how to structure and plan my eating throughout the week. I used the digestive tablets along with the green smoothie. I had 2 to 4 tablets a day and felt as though I was less bloated when taking them. My green smoothie made me feel energetic and it was a great way to start my day. I exercised 6 days a week. Mixing it up with high intensity cardio, weights, yoga and pilates. Switching my exercise up always kept it interesting and fun. The challenge had a large impact on my life, it took alot of dedication and hard work. But I learnt how to eat, how often, and how much.
