This challenge has been a life changing experience.
I cant remember the last time i felt and looked this good...
I started this challenge to make a better version of myself, i was already training 5-7 days a week with a balanced diet but i wanted to take it further i wanted to be healthier, fitter and stronger.
I started using YOR HEALTH products after seeing the results of others using the products, i wanted to see that for myself.
I continued to train 5-7 days a week sometimes twice a day in the gym, my training consisted of Cardio, and weight training, with an added 2hours of hip hop and jazz dancing a week.
I started taking the products about 3 days into the challenge, i was having my Greens and Fiber in the morning before i trained i took Digest Ultra with my 2 largest meals of the day and Probiotics before bed, i would occasionally have MRP when i didn't have time to prepare a meal or when it was hard to take a meal out with me (didn't always have access to a microwave)I would also have a Berry Blast on occasions when i felt i needed a slight pick me up but sometimes just because i enjoy the taste :)
about a week into the challenge i could start to feel changes, i felt lighter and less bloated, energy levels started rising, i was starting to feel like a new person..
I Started at 63kg when i started the challenge with a goal of 59kgs i out did myself by getting to 57kgs and down a size or two in clothes...
This 8 week body challenge has taught me balance and discipline and that you can get great results with a balanced diet, training and the right products.
These products have become apart of my life now i look forward to continuing this lifestyle change i have embraced :)
