Before i started the Yor best body 8 week challenge i was 99ks , felt like i was a little heavy and i really wanted to transform my body into the best condition i have ever been in, through the use of the products I am happy to say i did achieve that, in dropping 5.2kgs to and now weigh 93.8kgs.
How i did this was through the use of the most potent plant based products on the market, I took the Supergreens once a day, the Berry Blast before exercise, the Digestive Ultra before my two main meals, and my Probiotics & Repair Ultra before bed.
I exercised 6 days a week and did a boot camp class once week to get my cardio levels up.
