Dejenme contarles que estoy muy contento, porque me inscribi a este segundo ciclo con toda la intención de definir, pero por cuestiones de horarios no pude hacer ejercicio por lo que solo tomé los productos, complementaba mi desayuno con la deliciosa YOR MRP, y super greens, con la comida tomaba YOR digest y en la noche repetía YOR MRP, para la segunda mitad del ciclo, inicie en las mañanas tomando YOR Probiotics, con lo cual se complementó la regularidad del sistema digestivo.




Pensé que subiria de peso al no hacer ejercicio, pero de hecho me mantuve en el peso que tenía, solo baje un kilo y me mantuve en la talla que logre el ciclo pasado (30 de pantalon)

Me encanta estar en el reto, porque a pesar de no hacer ejercicio, me siento muy bien, tengo mucha energía para realizar todas mis actividades y promover el Reto!
