My name is Dana Nguyen. I am now 26 years old.This was my 4th cycle of my 8 week challenge. I started around New Years and I have maintained my goal during the cycle. My goal was to get leaner and toned. I was able to learn how to do strength training with weights.
When i wake up I usually drink supergreens mixed with 4oz of water and 4oz of orange juice. And rise it with probiotics. I work a full time job for 40 hours a week and at nights I run a Zumba fitness company by doing Zumba 3 days a week. Then Monday-Thursdays at 930-10:30pm I'm at the gym doing strength training. Usually after a workout I love to drink my shake. What also helped with my challenge was having better habits by cooking and bringing my own meals. I work at a mall, usually mall food isn't the best to eat and sometimes it's the quickest thing to eat and that's what i was used to eating and that didn't help with my regimen.
I love being on the 8 week challenge because it helps me stay on track with my regimen and helps me be aware of what i do fitness wise. I can't wait to be on the next challenge so I can always get better physically and also be Able to eat better .
