Ok I'll try keep this short and sweet.
Firstly I decided to participate in the YOR health 8 week challenge to kick the new year off with a bang and set some new goals and challengers for 2014.
I only used the one product from YOR Health it was the YOR Digest Ultra, I took it as directed one with every meal. I defiantly felt less bloated and just better in general with more energy and sleeping better to.
Training, well I defiantly stepped up my training and intensit, on most weeks I was doing 4 weight sessions per week and a boxing circuit class which I really enjoyed and helped melt the fat off! I also would start each workout with a 2km walk on the treadmill at a brisk paise to get the heart rate up and body warmed up before training.
Outside of the gym I was doing 2x 7km walks per week which helped in recovery from all the gym sessions.

Diet, I really worked hard on my diet cutting out all alcohol for the full 8 weeks. I also cut out all junk food,and ate very clean with a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables and lean meat and fish.
The other thing I changed was the amount of water I was drinking I made an effort to drink at least 3 litres of water per day.

My weight, well i started at least 97kg didn't think I was going to bad but wanted to see how much I could transform my body and most of all wanted to see some abs lol.
I slowly started seeing the weight fall off and have been really happy with the results and can't remember the last time I was only 90kg !
The YOR Health 8week challenge has really helped me get into the best shape of my life! And achieve goals that I never thought possible.
It's been a great challenge and something I'll defiantly promote and encourage others to take on.
