Before staring the 8 week challenge my weight was 118 pounds my goal was to lose weight so I challenge my self to lose 8 pounds during the 8 week challenge, and guess what? I am proud to say that I did it I actually was able to lose 8 pounds my weigh now is 110. I feel very excited, the products that I mostly use was the mrp vanilla , the enzymes and the fiber. I would drink them every single day because I knew that the more consistently I was the better and it work. What I also did was do exercise 2 to 3 times a week for about an hour this also help me a lot on my process, another thing that help me a lot was my eating habits I stop eating greasy food and I cut down all sugary drinks. The 8 week challenge really help me a lot to be more confident and start to love my body more, drinking the enzymes and the fiber also help me with my digestion now I go to the bathroom more frequently.
