hello, im laura pazmino this is my 2nd challenge in a year. when I was first introduce to the products in feb 2013 I weighted 180lbs, I started taking the products and in the first 2 weeks I saw result I really started to love the products because I wasn't starving myself. like I used to with these other weight lost product I used to take when I gave birth to my first born. I even got anemia because of the diet I was doing. finally I had my second child and I wanted to do the same diet, but was unable to take those product because I was breastfeeding. my husband was introduce to the product he first started taking them after he saw result, he told me to ask my doctor if I can take them while I was breastfeeding. the doctor approved. after taking the products for 2 months and going by the regimen (very strictly) I lost 20lbs. after those 20lbs I was super excited and everybody was surprise how much I lost in such short time and look great not sick like the first time I lost weight. by july I was weighting 148lbs, I lost a total of 32lbs. I completely stopped taking the product since I lost so much more than I thought I could lose.
well summer time came around and every week we were bbqing and I started once again eating unhealthy I thought I was going to gain all the weight I lost but it was hard for me to go back into eating clean when I love to eat. in the winter time i was so scare to weight myself, i was really surprise to see that i only gain 12lbs. very astonish that after eating like crazy and very unhealthy all i gain was 12lbs, that's why i know these product not only do they work but the results last a long time.
i decided to start taking the products once again because i was feeling sick and wasn't feeling the way i looked. this time around i was taking it easy on the dieting, i added more exercise to my regimen. having a 1 1/2year old little girl running around is a work out ;-) but now i actually try to go to the gym twice a week and also try to workout at home. its really hard to go out and workout when you have responsibilities at home, but im glad i was able to do it. in this 8 week challenge i wanted to lose all the weight i gain plus a little bit more, i wasn't able to do so but i am feeling healthier and energize the most important thing that i need right now in my life.
what i started using in this 8 week challenge was:
morning
1probiotic
2repairs
1hr later my mrp shake with cinnamon and sometimes banana
lunch
i would eat a sandwich or left overs and take my 1 digest ultra with 2 vitamins
snack
protein bars
2 complete burn
dinner
lean meat with mix veggies my 1 digest ultra and 2 vitamins and my supergreens
i would exercise sometimes at 5am in the gym or during the day when the baby gave me a chance.
these product has really impact me in my life i never thought that i can take something that actually taste so good and it could be good for your health and also shed weight off and maintain the weight off after a long time.. i am truly shocked that after having 2 kids i can have all the energy to attend to them, do house house work and feel and look so great. these product have given me so much confidence in myself. im very glad they found me.
