The 8 week challenge for me was about dropping bodyfat using the YOR products in conjunction with a low carb high fat diet or LCHF as it's called.

Over the challenge I gained about 1kg and lost about 2% bodyfat. The products I was using was every morning just after I got up I would have a serving of Greens, Berry Blast and Fibre in one shake. I would have 2 multi's and one Digestive Aid with my 3 main meals and just before bed I would have 2 Repair Ultra's and 1 Probiotic.

My training through the week consisted on lots of different types of training because my chosen sport is obstacle course racing.
Every day I would be doing something different, the types of training included. HIIT training, long runs, high intensity weigh training and heavy compound training.

The only cabs source I had was from my veggies and I consumed a very high fat diet about 150 to 200 grams a day. The type of fats I included were eggs, butter, fats from organic grass feed meat, anything coconut, nuts and avocado.

Overall I'm very happy with my results and can't wait to start my next challenge.
