For the longest time I have been the "skinny guy". It has taken a toll on my confidence and also my health BELIEVE IT OR NOT! When it comes to skinny jokes, I heard them all. As much as I have tried to gain mass and hit the gym, I had not been able to stay committed to that goal. The more I would push myself to workout and compete in sports, the more obvious it was that my body was too weak to continue without either having an asthma attack or get pushed asside because of my size.

Every year I would get the cold just as many would. For me, what started off as a common cold would eventually lead to broncitus year after year after year. This continued at the beginning and end of the changing seasons. I was frustrated, annoyed and in fear that one day it would turn into phnemonia. My fear got the best of me when I visited the emergency room and was given a $400 bill for the 10 minutes I was there.

I needed to do something about my health and find a way to gain mass to build my self esteem. That was when I joined the 8-Week Challenge!

The products of choice for the challenge have been the MRP, Essential Vitamins, Supergreens and Berry Blast. My regimen has been an MRP shake in the morning and an MRP shake after my workout. I would take the supergreens with my largest meal of the day and right before going to bed to help detox. The berry blast was best during my workout to assist with an extended workout. My exersize routine was 3 to 4 times a week along with extended stretching at home.

I can confidetly say I feel much better! Ever since I have been taking the products, I have not had a need to visit the hospital and barely ever even get a cold! I have more energy, more friends from joining the challenge, and have put on more muscle then ever before!
