En este ciclo fue un poco accidentado, desde conjugar mis horarios de comida en el trabajo ya que intente comer a la misma hora pero a veces no pude cumplir ese horario hasta llevar una buena rutina de ejercicio que me ayudara mejor en este ciclo. Definitivamente usando los productos me sentí de maravilla y aunque no alcance mi meta me sentí muy bien conmigo mismo ya que a pesar de lo accidentado del ciclo me sigo sintiendo muy bien. Los productos me los tome así: al despertar una cápsula de probioticos junto con repair con un vaso de agua, una hor después el shake de vainilla junto con berry es lo máximo, ya a media mañana o si no en la tarde me tomaba el supergreens con fibra, en la comida me tomaba una cápsula de digest y 2 tabletas de vitaminas, en la cena el shake o si no unas quesadillas con jamón y otra digest para poder digerirlas muy bien antes de irme a dormir. Ya quiero empezar este nuevo ciclo del reto para llevar a buen termino el ciclo y alcanzar mis metas, saludos a todos y no se desanimen!!!
