Estoy feliz de haberme unido al RETO YOR!!
Me di cuenta de los beneficios y de la calidad que tienen los productos YORHealth, desde las primeras semanas empece a sentirme SUPER bien!! Y al notar los cambios, me entusiasmaba a seguir con muchas mas ganas!!!
Mi meta no era bajar de peso sino tonificar y en este reto estoy muy satisfecha con los resultados que tuve y seguire con los productos YOR y voy por el siguiente reto!!

Al despertar tomo 1 probiotico, despues tomo el muscle energy y hago mi rutina de ejercicio de 1 hora, mientras hago ejercicio tomo un berry blast, despues desayuno sano y mi malteada MRP con fruta y fibra, tomo 2 vitaminas, al mediodia tomo el supergreen y antes de cada comida 1 digest y por la noche ceno ligero o mi malteada MRP con fruta y 2 repair.
