Antes de comenzar el reto, yo sentia que estaba bien, que yo estaba en forma, que no necesitaba de alguna dieta o algun reto, estaba contento con mi fisico. Me tome las fotos y al verlas, no es mentira, entre en depresion. Pesaba 58 kilos y tenia panza, empece a hacer el reto, ir al gimnasio, tomarme los productos del paquete Yor Best Body, y adelgace hasta regresar a mis 55 kilos. La panza habia desaparecido y ahora si estaba realmente flaco. Continue yendo al gimnasio y dandole seguimiento a tomarme los productos. Durante este periodo no volvi a pesarme, pero mi cambio era tan notorio, que en mis ultimos 10 dias en el reto, 20 diferentes personas me habian comentado que notaban mi cambio fisico.
Sabia que hoy era el dia que me tenia que tomar las fotos, me pese y la bascula marcaba: 63.300.
