A goal I set this year was to stay active and work on toning my body, but didn't know how or where to start. This is why I joined the 8 week challenge. At the beginning I felt very motivate and exited because I saw a better way to reach the goal I set at the beginning on the year. I'll be honest it's very hard to change and adopt new eating habits. Specially when you are used to eating your moms food!. So I try to prepare my own food and started eating more vegetables. At the beginning I felt like I wasn't getting full with what I was eating but as time when by I started getting used to it. I knew that if I want to change my body I need to try and stay consistent in eating more clean. With the supergreen and the digest enzymes it made everything much easier. I would drink two digest enzymes before every meal and a supergreens shake before bed along with 2 capsule of yor repair. Sometimes I would mix the supergreens with other fruits and vegetables such as carrots, beets, strawberries and so on. Having the yor health products as part of my daily exercise made the process much smoother. Every week I would try to exercise at least 3 to 4 times a week. There was days I didn't feel like going for a run but I had to push my self. I believe the yor health products made a difference in my internal and external body because I feel much healthier from the inside. Also in the beginning of the challenge I use to be able to only run 3 miles and now I'm able to run 9.50 miles.In this 8week challenge I learn that it is possible to make changes and that It will not be easy to adopt new habits but as long as you try hard to stay consistent the results will be amazing. I feel that my body has change for the better but I'm not yet near satisfy! So I will enroll as of today to the new cycle! :-)!
