Mi nombre es Cecilia Maldonado y esté es mi 5to reto! Estoy muy contenta con lo que el reto ha hecho por mi desde el primer día hasta el día de hoy., ayudándome a tener el ejercicio como un hábito en mi vida y sobre todo a saber comer sanamente claro con la ayuda de los productos de Yor Health!
Durante este ciclo del reto, tomé en ayunas un repair y un probiótico, desayuné todos los días mi Yor Shake, algunas veces con plátano, algunas veces con Super Greens o solo, pero siempre con la fibra.
Durante la comida me tomé las enzimas, complete burn y vitaminas.
Durante este periodo de tiempo, estuve yendo al gimnasio de 3 a 4 veces por semana, haciendo diferentes rutinas de free Style, asistiendo a clases como tae bo, spinning, zumba, etc. Y haciendo cardio.
Mi peso aumento a 49 kg, aunque mi meta era aumentar a 50 estoy muy contenta con los resultados, ya que, sobre todo en brazos y piernas noté mis músculos más marcados.
Me encanta el reto y seguiré participando para seguir logrando mis metas e invitando a los demás a cambiar su estilo de vida con Yor Health!
