Here I go, I'm going to be corny in saying that starting the Yor Health
8-week challenge has been one of the best decisions of my life. Why? Because I believe a person's health is the key to a happy life. If you are unhealthy on the inside then it shows on the outside. I have never felt healthier and I'm certainly showing it in my positiveness towards life and towards fitness. I owe this to Yor Health for giving me the opportunity to better myself and help me to reach my goals.

Fitness was not always something I considered to be really important. I was happy just walking and bike riding. I was introduced to the gym and a new world of health and fitness that I now consider to be a key aspect of my life and more recently, a career step. Since starting the 8-week challenge, I quit my hospitality job and was offered a full-time position at my gym—something I would never have considered before!

I have always been a curvier girl, and always loved my food. I have never been one to eat very badly, however I have never thought so seriously about the benefits of food as I do now. There is a lot of goodness in what we eat that our bodies are simply missing out on due to the way we digest it. I was interested in the way Yor Health products increase nutrient absorption, so following a healthy eating plan combined with the products, I was able to get more out of my food than just a full tummy!

In the last few years I have developed an intolerance to lactose and had issues with bloating and feeling very uncomfortable in the tummy every day, something I wanted to fix but never really tried. Not long after I started using the Yor Health digestive enzyme and the probiotic, I noticed a huge difference in my digestion and the bloating ceased. I eliminated milk all together and added yoghurt to my diet for calcium, I do not miss it milk at all!

At first, I was hesitant about drinking something that was green and remember being not so eager to try the Supergreen shake, however it has now become a staple in my daily routine and I wouldn't have it any other way. The vitamins and nutrients have made a dramatic difference to the appearance of my hair, skin and nails as well as how good it makes me feel on the inside. I look forward to waking up in the morning and having my Supergreens shake combined with the Berry Blast to really kick start my day. I open the gym at 6am most mornings with an energetic, positive and fresh attitude and the members appreciate it! I have gone from needing a coffee to start my day to completely eliminating coffee as the Berry Blast gives me more than enough energy to take me through the day without crashing and it tastes amazing!

So, my day began with a Supergreens/Berry Blast shake, followed by oats and protein powder with berries for breakfast. For lunch I would have protein (meat) with vegetables or salad and with this I would take 1 digestive and 2 multivitamins. At about 3pm I would look forward to having a chocolate or vanilla MRP—my favourite meal of the day and the key to satisfying my sugar cravings. I would mix this into a delicious paste (I call it 'cake batter') and have it with frozen berries. This would give me the energy I needed for a session at the gym. Dinner would consist of another protein with more vegetables or salad and a low GI carbohydrate like sweet potato or brown rice, with this, 1 digestive and 2 multivitamins. Meal #5 would be yoghurt or a Quest protein bar, and before bed I would take 1 repair and 1 probiotic. I made a habit of prepping my meals and cooking almost every meal in the 8 weeks, I will continue to do so!

Whilst I have not reached my goal weight, losing around 5 kilos I have come close enough and realise that the scales are just a number, I see the real results in the mirror and how well my clothes fit me - I am confident wearing everything in my wardrobe! I have also increased my muscle tone and sculpted areas I wanted to target. I have reduced my BMI so I am in a healthy weight range, which is where I want to be and have not been happier. I am in the best shape of my life and am determined to remain fit and healthy with the help of Yor Health products!

The Yor Health best body challenge has benefited me on the inside which has lead to confidence on the outside and a healthier, more positive way of life. It has proved to me that with a little extra effort and focus, you can get results!
