Mi peso inicial era d 62.2 kg en realidad no era tanto, sin embargo gracias a los productos logre cerrar mi reto en 58 kg y me siento excelente!!!
Los productos que consumí fueron: Yor MRP, Yor Probiotics Ultra, Yor Digest, Yor Repair, Yor Fiber Plus, Yor Berry Blast Yor Super Greens y finalmente Yor Muscle Energy.

Mi rutina consistia en lo siguiente. Por la mañana desayunaba mi Yor MRP y Fiber con agua y fruta (manzana,berry). Durante mi comida mi respectivo digestivo y pasadas unas 2 hras tomaba mi Berry. Antes del gimnasio bebia el muscle. Terminada mi rutina y antes de cenar un poco de fruta, si es que sentia apetito. Durante la cena nuevamente mi MRP con fruta. Y finalmente antes de dormir, los probiotics y reparadores.

Me di a la tarea de realizar ejercicio de 1 hora a 1 hora y media aproximadamente 5 dias a la semana, ademas de caminar 30 minutos por las mañanas y en ocasiones por las noches tambien.

Personalmente el reto impacto mi vida en el sentido de que me siento con mucha mas energia para realizar mi rutina diaria, mi estado de animo es mucho mas positivo y alegre. Ademas de que realizar el reto con mi pareja lo ha hecho mucho mas facil y divertido.
