Que emocion se siente terminar mi segundo RETO han sido cambios muy buenos sobretodo en lo emocional tengo muchas ganas de salir adelante y seguir estando mejor que nunca y seguir transformando micuerpo no ha sido ni sera facil pero vale la pena cada gota de sudor!! Para mi fue un poco mas dificil este ciclo ya que por trabajo empece un negocio de tacos mañaneros y el cocinar todos los dias y el ver ahi la comida si fue una gran tentacion pero con la fuerza de voluntad el ejercicio y Yor Health los resultados han sido muy buenos!! Baje 3 kg en este reto en total ya son 15 kg en los 2 Retos ademas de que cintura (panza) ya mido 90 cm de 120 cm que media. Mi rutina fue la misma probiotico en ayunas, super greens y fibra! Complete, malteada de almuerzo antes de comer una enzima, 2 vitaminas despues de comer, malteada de cena y 2 repair antes de dormir! Segui con las clases de crossfit. Alomejor no baje mucho de peso pero mi cuerpo sigue trabsformandose mis piernas y brazos estan mas fuertes y ahora vamos a definirnos!!! Me gustaria contar con su voto!!
