I have been struggling with my weight all my life. Not until recently when I met Mellisa Pray who has introduced me to these products and has taught me how to change my life has made me realize how much time i have lost and how i wish i could of done this sooner.
I had started my weight at 202.8 and I now weight 187 pounds. Using these products has been absolutely amazing. I drink the chocolate or vanila shake for morning and night as well as use the greens shake as a snack. They are all so filling and satisfying as well as give you lots of energy. What I love the most about these products is the taste of the shake. There are lots of product shakes out there that I have tried and the taste is absolutely horrible. To add they curve your appetite and keep you pretty full for some time.
To help with my process I exercised 3 times a week on my eliptical. I started with 20 min a day level 1 and now I am at 25 min a day level 3. Again i tried not to go too intese so that i wont get too tired and end up quiting.
Starting this challege was the best experience of my life and i cannot wait until I get to my final goal weight and entering a challege each and every time. It also makes me realize I am not alone in this.
