Hello everyone in the YorHealth community! My name is Diem Le and I'm a 29 year old female from Boston, MA, USA. I just wanted to express how these products have changed my life by making it more convenient and healthy to change my eating habits and increased my energy. I'm super happy to share that my initial weight was 156 lbs and my final weight is 141lbs!!

I have always been a big boned girl but ever since college I have been gaining at least 5 lbs every year even though I do keep a semi- active lifestyle. The main reason that I decided to join this challenge was because I was really overweight for my age and height group( 29, 5'3", 156lbs - regulation is 135lbs) and I would be kicked out of the Army Reserves if I did not lose some weight and pass my Army Fitness test. My biggest problem in losing weight is that I love to eat and feel very hungry every 3-4 hours so dieting has always been the hardest for me since I can't suppress that hunger especially at night. Now I have the MRPs to curb my appetite 1-2 meals a day and the supergreens as a snack once a day. Here is a quick breakdown of my daily regimen: I would take 1 probiotic and 2 repairs when I wake up first thing in the morning at 7am. By 8am, I would have 1 MRP mixed with 1 fiber, 2 vitamins, 1 completeburn, 1 digest enzyme; I would eat a fruit with my shake for breakfast. At 1130 am, I would either eat a light lunch or drink another MRP shake with a fruit or nuts. I would also take 2 vitamins, 1 completeburn, and 1 digest enzyme with my lunch. By 3-4 pm, I would take a completeburn with 1 Supergreens shake and a half of a peanut butter sandwhich before I gym for 1-2 hours. At dinner which is around 7pm, I would eat small piece of chicken with salad, 2 vitamins, and 1 digestive enzyme. I would follow this routine strictly on the weekdays then weekends I tend to go out to eat once or two meals a day. I would do cardio and weight lifting when I gym 3-4x a week.

Within 5 weeks, I was able to pass my Army Fitness test and shown great improvement in my weight loss! I loved this regimen because it helped me with my grocery bills and lack of time to prepare for my meals. Being able to lose 1-2 lbs a week was amazing because I wasn't starving myself and still be able to go out to eat once or twice a week! I lost 15 lbs in this cycle and in my next cycle I plan to lose another 15 lbs! I am thankful that my friend introduced me to these products because it is a part of my lifestyle from now on. I will not fear that I will stray from it because it is so easy and convenient to follow, it has given me that energy to carry out my long days from school and work. Again, thank you Yorhealth for making it possible for me to lose the weight but gain the energy that I needed for my day-to-day activities.
