So my weight before this challenge was at 83 and I cut down all that fat to a lean 80 keeping all the muscle!
I took the products religiously and also had an extra serving of super greens just so I can burn more fat and boost my immune system due to the amount of training I was doing!
I did weights 5 days per week also adding cardio on the weekends for recovery!
The challenged has motivated me to keep pushing myself to the limits and to become the best person I can truly become! I've become a lot more confident in myself and the extra compliments I've been getting help me feel good about what I'm doing and its also motivating others to do upon them selves which I'm proud of!
