Ha sido una gran experiencia.....ver y ser mas conciente de mis EXCUSAS y la mas relevante cuando me veo como victima.
Mi reto, es retomar mi actividad deportiva, ha sido de aficionada siempre, pero siempre un motor en mi vida.
Mi reto, este periodo, era TONIFICAR, por aquello de las categorias, relamente mi reto, es pasar al siguiente nivel en mi actividad fisisca.
He estado, en trabajo de recuperar elasticidad en mis articulaciones, pero creo es en todo mi cuerpo!! como me duele, cuando inicio ejercicios de un grardo mayor de dificultad!!
