My name is Kiandra and this was my first 8 week challenge.
I started the 8 week best body challenge for a couple of reasons. Firstly I was uncomfortable in my own skin and was having problems with feeling tired and sluggish almost always. I also was uncomfortable with my weight and how I looked and never felt so limited on what I could wear prior to the challenge!
I had heard some great success stories from the body challenge and had seen some of the drastic transformations people had made by participating, which inspired me to do something I had never done before and give it a go!
I used all of the products every day and I am positive they helped immensely. A week into my challenge I already noticed a change in my well being and energy which only got better as I went on. It motivated me to stick to a very healthy diet and helped increase my training from once or twice a week to 7 or 8 times also the intensity of my workouts improved a lot! Not only seeing but feeling my results was awesome, I'd never felt better. Like everyone does I went through weak moments pushing through illness, injuries and temptations but for the first time I stuck to it and didn't let it get me down or stop me from reaching my goals.

I couldn't be happier! I am so glad I started the best body challenge and I am thrilled with my results for my first try, giving me a world of confidence to do it many more times.. After a few chocolates :p
